1. Purpose

This Agreement governs the use of SalonCareer's recruitment services and confirms the Salon Partner's identity for the purpose of hiring candidates through the SalonCareer platform.

2. Salon Verification

The Salon Partner confirms that:

• The salon is a genuine operating business.
• All information and documents submitted to SalonCareer are true, accurate, and complete.
• The authorised signatory has authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the salon.
• Any change in ownership, address, contact details, or business status will be communicated to SalonCareer promptly.
• SalonCareer may verify the submitted information and request additional documents whenever reasonably necessary.

3. Hiring Packages

SalonCareer offers recruitment and hiring packages to eligible Salon Partners. Package benefits, pricing, validity, and usage limits shall be as communicated at the time of purchase or in the applicable commercial schedule.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• All payments are payable in advance.
• Purchased packages are non-transferable.
• Package validity begins from the date of activation.

4. Genuine Hiring Requirement

The Salon Partner confirms that every hiring request submitted through SalonCareer:

• Represents a genuine employment requirement.
• Is for an available position.
• Includes accurate information regarding role, location, salary (where disclosed), and employment terms.
• Is not intended to collect resumes, build databases, or obtain candidate information for unrelated purposes.

SalonCareer may suspend or decline requests that appear inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Agreement.

5. Candidate Introduction

Candidates introduced by SalonCareer are provided solely for recruitment purposes. The Salon Partner agrees to:

• Contact candidates professionally.
• Conduct fair interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
• Use candidate information only for evaluating employment.
• Candidate information must not be sold, shared, published, or used for any unrelated commercial purpose.

6. Confirmation of Hiring

The Salon Partner agrees to notify SalonCareer promptly when:

• A candidate is selected.
• An offer is issued.
• A candidate joins.
• A candidate does not join.

Where requested, the Salon Partner shall provide reasonable information required to verify the hiring outcome, such as the candidate's joining date or confirmation that the candidate accepted the offer.

7. Candidate Protection

The Salon Partner shall:

• Treat all candidates with dignity and professionalism.
• Provide a safe and lawful working environment.
• Comply with applicable labour and employment laws.
• Pay agreed wages and benefits directly to the employee.
• Avoid misleading or discriminatory recruitment practices.

8. No Guarantee

SalonCareer provides recruitment and placement facilitation services. SalonCareer does not guarantee:

• Availability of candidates.
• Acceptance of job offers.
• Candidate joining.
• Candidate performance.
• Candidate retention.
• Business outcomes.

Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the Salon Partner.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information exchanged during the relationship. Candidate resumes, contact details, and profiles are confidential and shall not be disclosed except as reasonably necessary for recruitment.

10. Intellectual Property

The SalonCareer name, logo, software, recruitment platform, candidate database, documents, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SalonCareer. The Salon Partner shall not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit SalonCareer's platform or content without prior written permission.

11. Misuse of Services

The Salon Partner shall not:

• Submit false hiring requests.
• Impersonate another business.
• Use candidate information for marketing or unrelated activities.
• Create duplicate accounts to obtain additional benefits.
• Misuse promotional offers.
• Attempt to bypass agreed commercial arrangements by misrepresenting hiring activity.

SalonCareer may suspend or terminate services if misuse is reasonably suspected.

12. Suspension and Termination

SalonCareer may suspend or terminate services where:

• Verification cannot be completed.
• False or misleading information is provided.
• Payments remain outstanding.
• Candidate information is misused.
• This Agreement is materially breached.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Any unused paid services will be handled in accordance with the applicable package terms or written agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

SalonCareer acts only as a recruitment platform. SalonCareer is not responsible for:

• Hiring decisions.
• Employment contracts.
• Salary disputes.
• Employee performance.
• Workplace disputes.
• Acts or omissions of candidates or employers after hiring.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SalonCareer's total liability arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Salon Partner for the specific hiring package giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

The Salon Partner agrees to indemnify and hold SalonCareer harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• False information supplied by the Salon Partner.
• Misuse of candidate information.
• Breach of this Agreement.
• Violations of applicable employment or labour laws by the Salon Partner.
• Claims arising from the Salon Partner's workplace or employment practices.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where SalonCareer's registered office is located, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Declaration

The Salon Partner declares that the information submitted is true and accurate, that they have read and understood this Agreement, that they are authorised to represent the salon and agree to comply with SalonCareer's Terms & Conditions, and that they consent to SalonCareer verifying the information and documents submitted.
